About the Gemini Notebook logo
The Gemini Notebook icon is three nested arches with legs, like a stack of rounded doorways. Each arch is a different shade of blue: blue (#3186FF), lighter blue (#4FA0FF) and sky blue (#76BBFF), with the front arch fading to lavender (#A9A8FF). The wordmark is set in dark grey (#212226). Google Labs launched the tool as Project Tailwind in 2023 and renamed it NotebookLM in 2024. On July 16, 2026, Google renamed it again, to Gemini Notebook.
The blue icon reads on light and dark backgrounds. The grey wordmark does not show on dark surfaces, so use the monochrome lockup there.
When to use this logo
Use Gemini Notebook in AI research assistant comparisons, study and note-taking tool roundups, and guides to turning documents into Audio Overviews. It also fits productivity stack diagrams for students and knowledge workers. The same files cover older docs and tutorials that still call the product NotebookLM. It pairs naturally with Google Gemini, Google Docs, Notion AI, Perplexity and ChatGPT.
