## About the Google DeepMind logo

The Google DeepMind symbol is a circle made of two interlocking crescents that spiral around a round center, filled in Google blue (#4285F4). The wordmark "Google DeepMind" is set in near-black (#121317) in the deepmind.google header. DeepMind was founded in London in 2010 and acquired by Google in 2014. In April 2023 it merged with Google Brain to become Google DeepMind.

The blue symbol works on both light and dark backgrounds. The near-black wordmark does not work on dark backgrounds, so use the monochrome lockup there.

## When to use this logo

Use Google DeepMind in AI lab and research organization overviews, model provenance tables for Gemini or Gemma, and slides that cite AlphaFold or AlphaGo work. It also fits citations in papers and blog posts. It pairs naturally with Google Gemini, Google Vertex AI, OpenAI, Anthropic and Meta AI. Use the standalone symbol for avatars and small sizes.
