## About the Adobe After Effects logo

The After Effects icon is a dark navy rounded square (#00005B) with the letters "Ae" in lavender (#9999FF). It follows Adobe's app icon system of a two-letter mnemonic on a dark tile, and shares its colour pair with Premiere Pro and Animate.

The navy tile blends into very dark backgrounds, but the lavender letters stay legible.

## When to use this logo

Use Adobe After Effects in motion design and video tool comparisons, Lottie export workflows, .aep file-type icons and docs for After Effects scripting or plugins. It pairs naturally with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Animate, Adobe Photoshop, Remotion and Blender.
